Marjean is a co-founder of SeatonHill Partners. She is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience who has served as a full-time and interim Chief Financial Officer in a variety of industries, primarily in the service, entertainment, technology and energy sectors. Marjean began her career at Arthur Andersen before moving into industry where she served as the Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies ranging in size from start-up to $500 million in revenue. She is a licensed CPA and a certified executive and life coach.

Bill began his career at Price Waterhouse in Dallas and he is a licensed CPA.

Flores' consulting with Booz Allen implemented planning/budgeting and provided business/market strategy for large corporations.
