Executive Profile

Bonnie is a Partner on the Central team of SeatonHill. She is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer and Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience strengthening finance functions for growth-oriented, multi-entity, and investment-backed organizations. Her background spans residential construction and home services, environmental services, multifamily real estate, payments technology, restaurants, and banking. Bonnie brings particular depth in the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction sectors, where she has built scalable accounting infrastructure, improved job-cost and operational visibility, stabilized cash flow, and supported rapid growth and acquisition integration. Throughout her career, Bonnie has partnered with owners, boards, operating leaders, lenders, and investors to improve financial reporting, forecasting, controls, treasury, systems, and decision-making. She combines strategic CFO perspective with a hands-on ability to establish the processes, teams, and technology needed to support sustainable growth.

Key Experience

Residential Construction and Home Services Company: As CFO of a $70 million residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, and commercial services organization with more than 250 employees and four locations, Bonnie built a full-cycle accounting structure across five entities. She centralized reporting and shared services, migrated the businesses from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct, integrated ServiceTitan, implemented WIP and percentage-ofcompletion reporting, rebuilt the month-end close process, and strengthened cash flow, AIA billing, bonding, insurance, and treasury practices.

Private Equity-Backed Environmental Services Company: As Corporate Controller for a leading environmental services firm operating in more than 30 states, Bonnie directed accounting and financial oversight across two portfolio companies and nine business units. She managed WIP and forecasting for complex remediation, demolition, abatement, and industrial services projects while centralizing AP, AR, payroll, and reporting across decentralized operations.

Residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Services Platform: As Interim CFO of a private holding company with three newly acquired portfolio companies, Bonnie built the accounting infrastructure for each business. She implemented month-end close procedures, KPI dashboards, and cash controls; structured line-of-credit and lenderreporting processes; and integrated financial reporting across the portfolio.

Private Equity-Backed Multifamily Investment Platform: As CFO, Bonnie led board reporting, budgeting, treasury, payroll, compliance, and financial transparency initiatives for a portfolio of multifamily properties. She professionalized the corporate accounting function, strengthened audit readiness, and helped the organization navigate lender and liquidity pressures during pandemic-related revenue constraints.

HVAC and Plumbing Company: As CFO of a residential mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, new construction, service, and environmental consulting company, Bonnie helped grow revenue 133 percent—from $30 million to more than $70 million. She implemented Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan, improved gross margins through project-level analysis, established job-cost reporting and operational KPI dashboards, collected more than $4 million in aged receivables with minimal write-offs, and expanded the finance team to include FP&A and business intelligence capabilities. She also coauthored the ESOP stock prospectus and supported the company’s capital-raise strategy.
