Jody is an executive finance leader with over 30 years of experience in the life and retirement insurance industry. She began her career at Transamerica/Aegon where she served in several leadership positions including Executive Sponsor/Head of Finance and Actuarial Modernization, Associate CFO of the Annuity and Retirement Division, VP of Corporate Risk and Actuarial, and Senior Investor Relations Officer. Jody also has expertise in FP&A, internal audit, corporate tax, strategic planning, operational restructuring, and data governance. Most recently, she served as EVP/CFO and CRO for a new PE-backed startup insurance company with responsibility for financial reporting, treasury, tax, investment reporting, human resources, and enterprise risk management (ERM). She has earned the 2018 Digital Insurance Women in Insurance Leadership Award and the 2017 Iowa Women’s Foundation Ovation Award.

Ralph is a seasoned executive leader with over 30 years of experience in the (re)insurance space. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in the New York insurance practice serving a variety of clients within the industry. He then served as the Assistant Controller at Assurant (formerly, Fortis Inc). Following that, Ralph spent nearly 25 years in multiple key leadership roles at Sirius International Insurance Group (now, SiriusPoint), a publicly traded $ multi billion international insurance and reinsurance group, including serving as Executive Vice President and Group CFO. Ralph has headed up functions such as financial reporting, tax, treasury, financial planning and capital and ratings management as well as oversight of operational areas such as claims, human resources and IT. Ralph participated in due diligence teams to evaluate targets, managing multiple consultants and advisors during the process. He also managed the accounting and reporting components of a SPAC transaction and listing on Nasdaq.
