Goethal has 25+ years of multi-functional experience in small to mid-size multinationals, startups, and family run business. His career is centered around general management, operations, and sales with highly developed financial skills. Additionally, he has valuable experience managing crises. Jay has excelled as CEO, CFO, and VP of Operations and is a passionate advocate that finance should be embedded throughout the business as a critical component of decision-making. His extensive knowledge and experience will serve as a tremendous asset to SeatonHill’s clients, with the ability to understand the unique needs of financial leadership and provide the ideal solutions for successful outcomes.
