Luke serves as Area Director of SeatonHill’s Central team, where he plays a key role in cultivating relationships with business owners, private equity partners, and executive leaders across the region. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations, he brings a practical understanding of the challenges facing middle-market and private equity-backed companies. Luke works closely with organizations to understand their needs and align them with the right expertise and solutions, serving as a trusted point of connection throughout the engagement process. Known for his ability to build rapport and navigate complex situations quickly, he helps leaders move forward with clarity and confidence.

Luke has a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University (Mays Business School). He is also a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA), State of Texas (Inactive).
